Alternative means of navigating this site
You have probably reached this page either because your browser does
not support Javascript, or because you have chosen to disable this capability.
In either case you are not able to use the standard menu system to navigate
this site. In place of the standard menu, just below the mastead, is the
hyperlink which you probably clicked to reach this 'How to' page.
Even without benefit of the standard menu system, you can still navigate
around the site by using the Site Map page . Here's how
you do it.
When you display the site map you will see a list of links to all the
other pages in this site. Click on any of these links and the chosen page
will be displayed in a second browser window or tab. The site map page
will therefore remain available in the original window/tab, rather than
being replaced by the chosen page (as normally happens when navigating
through the stadard menu system). This means you can flip backwards and
forwards between the site map and your chosen page. By clicking on a different
page link in the site map, that different site page will be displayed
in the second window/tab, replacing the one you first chose.
Once the second widow/tab has been opened, you can flip from
one to the other at will, using the site map page as if it were the menu.
Each time you navigate to a new page, the same secondary window/tab is used
to display it, so you won't end up with a whole mess of new windows or tabs.
